About the Journal

The chair on IPR constituted by Ministry of Human Resource Department at NLSIU, Bangalore is coming out with a journal titled "THE INTELLECTUAL PROPE RTY REVIEW (IPR)" under the aegis of Professor Ramakrishna , MHRD Chair on IPR, NLSIU. We invite contributions for its inaugural issue on aspects relating to intellectual property law with special reference to advances made in the Indian and international framework. It is intended that the journal be a helpful tool not just to students of IP law and academicians across the country, but it is also intended as a source of information for both industry practitioners and lay persons. The articles sought to be published, therefore, must be relevant, up-to-date, and of interest to the academic community.
